Further Land Acquisition for the Glenrowan Homes Portfolio

Glenrowan Homes have the delight to announce a further land acquisition in Leadenham, Lincolnshire for the former George Hotel Car Park for 7 houses, to add to the ever-expanding portfolio. 

The development of 7 new homes all to be built in Ancaster stone, will also add investment to the Hotel by installing a new 20 space car park for their customers. A spokesperson from the village said, ‘it’s great to see investment into the community it will be a welcome addition at the heart of the village.’

Glenrowan Homes have already with gratitude to the Reeve Family for allowing access, been able to undertake Archaeological and Ground Investigation surveys so that the development can make a prompt start

The Village is on the up with the George Hotel having a refurbishment during lockdown and the ever-impressive Polo club looking to expand with exciting plans for the future.
