Demolition of Previous Solstice Nightclub Commences

The Solstice Nightclub Demolition has commenced for redevelopment. Glenrowan Homes managed to receive a unanimous planning approval for 56 Apartments and 77 Student Flats back in February 2021. However in the light of there being no requirement for student housing from Anglia Ruskin University, Glenrowan Homes have submitted a revised application comprising of up to 124 apartments which will be a ground breaking development at the heart of the regeneration project for Northminster, Peterborough.
