Number One Park Place, Northminster Planning Approved

Glenrowan Homes had a successful day on the Hottest day on record in the UK by gaining planning for 112 apartments at the Number One Park Place, Northminster previously the Solstice Nightclub.

Previously Glenrowan had already had success on gaining planning back in February 2021 for a mixed scheme of 56 apartments and 77 student flats with the ambition to help assist with the potential demand for accommodation with Anglian Ruskin University.

The development is going to be a headline statement as part of the regeneration of Northminster. A huge thanks to the whole team for getting this over the line and to Peterborough City Council Planners & the Committee for believing in this development and the growth it can bring to Peterborough.
