Planning Submitted for 150 homes in Corby

Glenrowan Homes, have submitted for 150 flats to be built in Corby town centre. The site the former Co-op has sat vacant for a number of  years now and Glenrowan are extremely excited about regenerating the site and bring value into the centre of Corby.

It is with great pride for Glenrowan to submit the plans after numerous public engagement sessions with the local community and taking in their views was a major part of the final submission with a reduction of one of the proposed blocks from 8 storeys to 6.

The proposal is composed of three blocks, the main block facing Alexandra Road, wraps around Wood Street, providing character to the street scene with its prominent corner of six storey high and stepping down to up to three storeys at the ends.
